We’ve heard all them. “It was this big.” “You should have seen the one that got away.” People love to tell stories of their fishing adventures. When it comes to faith, however, most people clam up. Why is it we can’t talk about what God has done in our life as naturally as we can spin fishing tales? Don’t miss this four part message series as we look at the call that Jesus Christ gave a couple of fisherman two thousand years ago and see how it applies to your life and mine.

Take Action Sunday
 
August 23^rd & August 30th Lifegroups will come together in building C.   Every person will be able to meet with our LOVELOUD project managers, to ask questions and sign up for their LOVELOUD projects.

t is obvious that the world is full of people that desire for their life to be Transformed. From the movies we watch to the books we buy we hear one constant theme, “Life can be better.” Well from Sunday, August 23^rd to Sunday, September 6^th we’re going to focus in on the specific lives in the Bible and see how their lives were transformed; and how your life can be “Transformed” too.

CARE NIGHT - held twice monthly on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays at 6:30. We have several visits and phone calls to make, cards to send, and a Community Blitz we will be doing.

Impact Wednesday  

This is our opportunity for each of us to reach out to others, whether it is with a visit, phone call, postcard; or by prayer. The last Wednesday of every month will be a time where we can come together as a church to Impact our community and our family inside of the church. Children and youth will still have AWANA & Refuge. Our 1^st Impact Wednesday will be August 26^th @ 6:30 pm.

LOVELOUD Rally

September 16^th   @ 6:30 will be our kick off for our LOVELOUD mission trip to Dublin

Family Concert Night

Union Av will give a concert at 6:30pm, followed by a time of fellowship with our LBC family. Bring your favorite dessert, appetizers or finger foods. Don’t miss out on the chance to make new connections.
